Are you aged 15–17 and looking for an exciting way to spend your summer? YEPP (Youth Educational Performance Program) is looking for two energetic and motivated individuals to join our team!

What You’ll Do
As a Youth Worker, you will be at the heart of our summer programming. Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting youth activities and community events.
- Assisting with outreach and social media communication.
- Helping plan and execute workshops and community programs.
What We Expect
We are looking for team players who bring:
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills in both Finnish and English.
- Punctuality and reliability—we need people we can count on!
Bonus Points (Advantages)
While not required, we’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous volunteer experience with YEPP.
- Experience in publicity, social media, or running youth workshops.
