To transform outcomes for underserved youths by serving as their comprehensive support center – delivering programs that ensure educational success and social integration, advocating for rights-based policies and conducting vital research.
MISSION
Our mission is to eliminate barriers to educational achievement and social integration by addressing the unique intersectional challenges faced by migrant background youth, with particular attention to advancing STEM, mental wellbeing, personal development, policy advocacy and gender equality.
OUR APPROACH

Coaching
One-on-one mentoring for participating students.

Excursions
Exposure to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics.

Workshops
Hands-on, do-it-yourself activities and experiments that will teach, inspire and build motivation.

Group projects
Our youth groups engage in activities that promote the values of self-respect and mutual respect, as well as the skills necessary to work effectively in groups.

Community engagement
Participation in social discussions that will build self-confidence and courage as a changemaker.

Globalizing
Facilitate network with educational and social opportunities around the world.

Research
Documentation of what works and undertaking critical analysis to increase the impact of alternative support for young people.

Volunteering
Giving back to YEPP as co-mentors.
